• Open in 1988, Minshan Hotel is the earliest four-star hotel in the southwestern region of China.

Brief Profile of the General Manager
Ms. Zou Min, the general manager, is a young and passionate hotel management specialist. A national certified appraiser of starred hotels, she has 20 years of experience in hotel management research and work. Over the years, she has been awarded many honorable titles, including, among others, Metal of Honor of the Restaurant Industry of China, Outstanding Women Entrepreneur in the Restaurant Industry of China, Meritorious Heroine and Top 100 persons influencing Chinese hotel industry. She graduated from the Tourism Department of Beijing International Studies University with bachelor’s degree in tourism management. And she pursued further studies in hotel management in the Swiss Hotel Association-Hotel Management School Les Roches and the Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management (University of Houston), where she obtained graduation certificate and master’s degree in hotel & restaurant management, respectively. She had internship and management experience with Switzerland Hotel and St. Regis Houston Hotel under Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.
She currently is:
General manager of Sichuan Minshan Hotel Co Ltd;
National certified appraiser of starred hotels;
Director and deputy general manager of Sichuan Minshan Group Co ltd;
Executive council member of Chamber of Tourism All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce;
Executive president of Chamber of Tourism Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce;
Vice-president of Sichuan Tourism Association Restaurant Branch;
Executive vice-president of Sichuan Tourism Association Women General Managers Branch;
Member of the Europe-China Hotel Management Experts Council;
President of the alumni association (Asia) of Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management, University of Houston.
